Just bought myself a hatchling Royal. Although I'm used to adult Royals through work (ours range from 8 years to 42 years) I've never had anything to do with a baby. Any advice is much appreciated!

LOL.

Congrats on hatchling and i'll just add my "wow 42!" as well. I have three 09's my advice buy more keep you viv small or use RUB and don't panic. but you'll know all that.

Got two boas at work, far prefer the pythons!
The hatchling I bought is already on rat pups, made sure as that is what I can get hold of for free!

Hi, welcome to the forum. As you probably know all you need to about adults, the only thing I can think of for hatchlings that's different is to get them onto rats asap. A hatchling can take a rat pup.

42 years! - wow, average expectancy is 20-30 years, not many get towards 40. World record is 48 I think so you're getting close
