Posted - 05/08/2010 : 19:18:42 it took mine 2 weeks to eat i was a little worried at first but i was assured that it can be normal behaviour. For the first 2 weeks i just kept leaving the mouse in its feeding bowl but it wasn't having any of it so on the third week i dangled the mouse by its tail and it has eaten well ever since. |

Posted - 05/08/2010 : 14:42:43 Hi and Welcome :) I have five royals and my first four fed the first night in their new homes, so it's worth a try but if they don't feed then leave well alone for a week and try again when they have settled. |

Posted - 04/08/2010 : 22:45:01 hi and welcome and as BE said and you thought yourself, leave it for a week to let it settle. sometimes not all the time but sometimes shops selling reptiles haven't got a clue. |

Posted - 03/08/2010 : 16:06:39 Leave it for a week, it won't die of starvation and will be much more settled.
