I never use heat lamps and settle for heat mats and a thermostat instead and things have always been fine. I know some people say that you need both, anybody got experience of this? All the royals are under 1 year old so is it a case of the heat mat is fine now and I will need a lamp when they are bigger so they don't burn themselves. I am always willing to listen and will help anyone if I can. Cheers Martin |
