Would this Viv Stack 36" x3 be ok for my 2cornsnakes and then when my royal is an adult would the royal be ok in a 36" or would it need a bigger viv ?

royals dont need hieght. give a royal hieght and then listen out for the unmistakable sound ot the royal thud.

that stack would be fine for the purpose but keep looking as im sure you will be able to find cheaper options

a 36" vivarium is fine for an adult royal, will last its life although some people have 4ft vivarium. I think that a 36" x 24" x 24" is a good size for an adult royal cause then they have the height of the tank.
