Posted - 01/04/2011 : 17:15:32 Been a while since I wrote on here, but been keeping up to speed reading other posts.
Anyway, Yoda went through the first shed since I got him just over a weeka ago, he fed as normal when he had the cloudy eyes.
During his shed, he regurgitated a semi digested mouse, and shed went well, apart from about 3 scales on his head, no-where near his eyes/mouth.
I went to feed him as normal on Tuesday evening, and he showed absolutely no interest in his food, so I left it till Thursday and tried again, still no interest.
The only difference is I think the mouse is a bit smaller than his normal.
I intend to wait till his normal Tuesday feed. Any other suggestions?? |

Posted - 01/04/2011 : 17:38:36 Hi, other people on here know more than me about regurge, I've never had to deal with it, but the usual advice is to wait 14 days to allow the stomach acids to get back to normal, and then feed a smaller sized prey for the next few feeds.
Hope this helps and that Yoda feels better soon. |
