hi guy not posted in a while
i was just wondering what yous think on doomsday preppers on nat geo
i watched it and the way i see it is that if the world gonna end your die nothing you can do about i think some of these people are nutcases and even if you did preper you wont tell the whole world because if there is a crisis you know your gunner go to first
that was all just wanted to ask for your opinion |

id just go to work! plenty of guns and ammo, enough food to last forever (although its rations so not so nice) and its in an old school fort so easy to defend with limited numbers. royal marines, tup-three! lol |

Never understood why ye' olde fashioned armour doesn't cancel out the zombie apocalypse? Can't really see a zombies teeth matching plate armour :/ Could just stand in the middle of 100 of them laughing :) |

Still cant see where to put the bullets into the controller though austin.

Fireworks! Zombies seem to be facinated by fireworks, so just play some going off on your telly and they should all come to watch. Mean while you can shoot them all from behind. They won't know anything of it 'cause you'll have the sound turned up and they'll think it's just the fireworks going off : ) |

All of the apocalyptic games were secretly made by the government to train us for the forthcoming armagedon. Ive got my controllers in holsters ready but cant seem to shoot anything with them outside, only in front of the telly. When the real zombies come, how can I get them to stand in front of the telly? |

I did see the advert for this program and one guy seemed to have some sort of obsession with bananas? That's all he seemed to be stuffing into his bunker, was bananas. I didn't think that was very well thought out really. Bananas will go off really quickly, and you can't perserve them. Plus, there is such a thing as potasium poisoning.
... Maybe that's why he had them? Maybe he was thinking if the worst comes to the worst then I can kill myself with these bananas?

I agree with bob! I'm not exactly small lol I'm prepped for a zombie apocalypse but that's about it. I've played and watched enough shows/films to deal with this ;) |

Didn't watch the program, if only 'cause I don't really get it. I agree about why you would want to live after some disaster like that. I wouldn't. I don't want to die horrably either, but stuck underground for god knows how long eating the same stuff everyday and crapping in an ever filling hole doesn't sound like much of a life to me : /
Also I think the idea that some of them are only doing it so they can repopulate the planet is equally stupid. Why would you want to bring life into a world like that? And why do you think it won't just cause all the same problems we have now?
Here's a thought. Maybe if something did happen like that then it would be to get rid of all of us. We've destroyed the whole world, maybe it's time we all had a convienient accident and dissapeared...
Or maybe I'm just a misrable sod? |

Didn't see the programme but I'm not sure I'd want to be one of a handful of survivors. I've played enough post-apocalypse videogames to put me off that idea. |

I saw an advert. I find it sad really that these people live for preparing for the worse. I live for the best, if the worse happens I'll deal with it the best way possible but really if its not in my control why worry about it. |
