When I get into work on Monday I read the papers that the weekend staff leave behind, and in one paper so far I've come across 3 reptiles stories, one horrible, one not as horrible but still bad and a picture of an apparent "26ft" anaconda that a diver "risked" his life to photograph...

The two horrible ones were about a man who has been jailed for 18 weeks for letting his pet iguana die by depriving it of water for a month and the other was about a burglar that broke into someone's house and still a families lipstick jungle boa.

I read them in the sun but here is a link to the boa story

The boa looks a bit bigger than 1.5ft lol

She was probably more like 16ft! Lol

They didn't measure her as far as I know, just an estimate.

I thought straight away that it can't be that big... If they think she'd just eaten surely they wouldn't pull her about trying to measure her..?

Was a lovely looking animal tho :)

Aye read a few of those myself, the anaconda was amazing though I suspect less than 26ft, still wouldn't catch me swimming with it that's for sure.
