Anybody taken out a policy for a snake?

I'm going to once the 30 day runs out for my new guy, mainly cos his value, losing him would be a financial blow apart from the heartbreak.

In all honesty
I'd pop some money in a pot every month
rather than pay some insurance company
No doubt they would come up with some **** that they won't pay because of blah blah blah

Snakes don't just Get ill and just die if kept in the right conditions :)
Very hardy snakes are
After all they have been about for lots of years
