was having a few glasses of wine with the OH the other night. i went into the snake room (not sure why) and heard some rustling from bee's rub. i opened it up and caught him mid shed with a 'what you lookin at?!' kind of face on. anyhow, i left him to it and went to bed and could have sworn it was a dream when i woke up the next morning. after checking him again it turns out he was shedding and i missed out on catching him 'in the act' for the first time ever because i had been drinking.
moral of the story is, dont drink or your royals will do something amaising and you will miss it! |

Haha oh if I had a £1 for every time drinking had ruined a snake event for me! .. Well I'd probably be able to buy another pint!
I've still not caught any mid shed myself and I've got like 15 now! >.<
Even when I had 35 baby boa's shedding often I never caught one! |
