We had snow Sunday night in Kent, really thick and in places where it had drifted id say 20cm...(threw my cat who had never seen snow out the backdoor not thinking how deep it was, cat was gone and swam back to the kitchen like an uneducated dolphin) so we had great fun Sunday. Monday wasnt too bad and the kids went to school ok. Yesterday was a different story, sheet ice everywhere. I fell over my son fell over taking me with him and my daughter fell over...the sun came in the afternoon and melted some but it was still cold enough to pretty much refreeze instantly when the sun went...

I also stood on a teenage mutant ninja turtle figurine (more painful than lego) thought nothing of it, today its swollen x4 and i cant put weight on my foot...so im not even making the school run today...keeping my kids at home and resting my foot up.

Gotta love watching the cars wheel spinning from indoors though :)

I'm in Lincolnshire Laws so not close enough to build a snowman with you, lol. OGJ's just up the road a bit from me.
The snow we had tuther day is still here. It's so cold, it can't melt!!! Haven't had any fresh stuff though.

I know not what you asked but delightfully mild, Belfast, Northern Ireland. Amazing how such a small distance can make such a massive difference in the weather.

Just a sprinkling here in Wakefield, but we're pretty sheltered here at river level (just get flooded instead.) Up in places like Huddersfield and Bradford it'll be a lot thicker.
