Posted - 15/02/2013 : 21:57:43 My infrared bulb has just gone. Is anyone near Doncaster that has one tonight. Otherwise Leo will be a little chilly by the morning! My spare is at work :( |

Posted - 16/02/2013 : 08:51:20 This is why I always keep a couple of spare bulbs for my lizards now! My Chameleons red bulbs never last very long!
My backup is a hot water bottle wrapped tightly in a thick towel in emergencies (Advice I was given by the breeder we got him from), just to keep him warm for a few hours while I sort out another bulb! |

Pop a blanket over the viv (without blocking air vents) to keep in as much heat as possible until shops open in the morning. I'm sure Leo will be ok until then. |
