Well my gorgeous 07 royal who has always been a great eater packed up eating in October. I think it was due to a RUB move and then a holiday at a friends whilst we went to Vegas in November.
I was starting to worry, he lost 200g in the four months he hasnt eaten and with the onset of 'horny' season he has been wizzing around his RUB looking for 'lady love'
I tried all sorts and ended up putting his moist hide RUB back in his RUB but just filled it with aspen and he settled in quickly and took up prime position at the entrance to the hole ... this was a classic look of ready and waiting so i shot out and brought a medium mouse (he normally eats small rats)and after warming it up and braining it he flew out of the hole and struck at it with a vengence 
Only a small prey item but it was food and thats all that matters. Im a happy daddy again  |

Six days .... had to defrost a multi for my 09 tonight but offered it to my 07 first ... warmed it, brained it ... he struck it .. Wow I'm so chuffed.
Obviously my 09 Scamps isnt impressed but i have a freezer full of them so will defrost another tomorrow just for him  |

Yup, more than likely but just so happy he ate for now. I've got some multi's in the freezer as well and have found a supplier a few miles away and buy them for a quid each. Only two snakes so dont mind spoiling them and these multi's are massive, lol |
