Posted - 06/05/2010 : 09:26:24 Chick poos are AWFUL! We occassionally feed our kings chicks, but we definitely know the difference when it comes out the other end.
I would also recommend putting him on rats as this is what they would eat in the wild and their body is designed to digest them better.
Was the diarrea a funny colour or smell? It might be worth a trip to the vets to check for parasites |

Posted - 06/05/2010 : 00:26:49 as BE said, it could just be due to the food. A bad egg so to speak. i think you had mentioned before in a thread a while ago about this snake being on chicks? Really would be a benefit to the snake if you could get it on to rodents, and of course rats would be best. what weight is he? I would suggest trying with rats and scenting them with the chicks. |

Posted - 05/05/2010 : 18:23:10 I'm sure some one else will come along soon but in the mean time a few questions. what is he feeding? how often? is he fed in rub or in viv on substrate? when did he last go? has he been/appear to have been drinking more water recently? Does he appear ok now, no blood, pinkness around vent etc? |
