hello again. From BE's advise i started keeping regular weigth checks. HE weighted 625g on July 8. I tried him again on the 22nd after not eating again and his weight is now 829g. To me this doesnt seem right but thats what the scales said. Is this normal? maybe he taken on lots of water?

or they digital scales? and was in setting comfortabling on top. sometimes if they get the point of their tail of the end of the scales they can grip enough to place a lot of extra pressure on the scale plate, in turn giving a very in-accurate reading

lol - either your scales are wrong or you've misread them.

I reckon they were either 625 & 629 or 825 & 829
