not sure what "this" is, thinking normal??
Baobab Posted - 21/07/2014 : 19:11:32
Good luck with the remaining 5. I hope they pull through for you.

Sorry to hear that.

Time to cut i think, I lost a whole clutch last year so i know how you feel buddy.
Always next season though.

Quick update; the 2 eggs I thought were no good, have gone bad. They were stinking when I checked the clutch. On inspection there were 2 almost perfectly form snakes but it looks like they hadn't absorbed any of the yoke. Sad times

There is still no sign of life from the 5 remaining eggs either, so I'm fearing the worst

I'm a bit late in answering this post. We are now on day 62 but have decided not to cut till 67. They are all candling well and are active so any day now.

So far it looks like 3 pastel or enchi pastels,1 normal or enchi and 1 either pewter or frostbite.

Bad news is it looks like 2 eggs have gone bad and in the cut eggs nothing looks to be moving.

They're back in the incubator and I'll check back on them later

Good luck Fezza, fingers crossed for you.

I guess if they're not ready by day 60 or so, they'll never be.

I'm Going in
Kelfezond Posted - 18/07/2014 : 23:54:47
I'd cut by day 60 myself, that's just me though
Fezza Posted - 18/07/2014 : 22:21:23
Haha

Cheers Rusty, I'm gonna let things go 5 days over I think. Then cut everything

I've never done any breeding before & would want to wait to see them hatch, but I, like you would become to impatient & prob end up cutting.....

Sorry, that reply is about as helpful as a cat flap on a submarine.
