I had a very good friend over yesterday, he is very good with a camera, and photo editing. The plan was to get some good shots of my snakes for the website in building, and have been for a while.
He got some very good shots but in waiting for him to email them to me, yes some will be on here.
Well all was going well till it was the albinos turn, now he used to be very Viv defensive but I had worked through that and he hadn't struck at me for a while, well I don't think he liked his picture being taken cause he decided to bit my friend, lol, at this point I decided it was time to put him back and while doing so he struck out at his own reflection in the Viv glass fortunatly didint head butt the glass,

Well it was feeding day I left it about 6 hrs but only 2 ate, my pinstripe drop fed 1 week after being assist fed, so was happy there, my carpet python ate az expected albino normal and pastel all decided they didn't want to eat

Now in sure it was probably they got over handled on feeding day has any1 else noticed this

It probably depends on the feeding routine their used to, as all of ours get handled before feeding, which we always do, without any feeding problems.
Of course that then starts the argument, do snakes get into or recognise routines.

Duke my Royal won't eat if handled the same day as feeding, he is just too shy a feeder. My other lot will eat while being held so it depends on the snake. If you find they won't eat after been held, then don't hold them before a feed.
