Right I've had enough of this bloody mat stat and its swinging temps 29-34
Gonna order Loki a nice pulse stat tomorrow.
Sorry just had to vent lol |

microclimate mat stat?
i use a couple od these the average temp will be about right within the temp swing |
1.0.0 burmese python,giblet. 1.0.0 BCI, william. 0.1.0 blue tongue skink, 0.1.0 green iguana, jasmin, 1.0.0 cape house snake, 0.1.0 checkered garter snake

| I've never had this swing in temp past them initially warming up. Its to be expected as everything that touches it gets warmed up as the mat heats up to the temp desired and the stat cuts it out so things around take ages to heat up. I actually set things up minus the snake and go for like 5 degrees warmer than I need, let everything warm up and then drop it degree by degree until I get what I want, I've 3 mat stats running and if they move a degree I'd be surprised. |

Mine is always swinging usually its about a 4 deg total swing 30-34.
Hopefully the pulse stat that is coming might be better (1-2 deg swing). I know I am splitting hairs over this but my current stat really annoyed me so got the upgrade. Plus when I get the viv I can use the pulse with a bulb and the mat stat for a possible mini rack? |

Got my pulse stat and wow, now temp swing is +/- 0.5 deg. Wish I got one of these from the start
