Just thot i would share the growth of my male spider (well was sold him as a male but he is near touching 4ft and weighing 1600g) is this big for a male as my other male pastel has kinda stuck between the 1000/1200g mark its just the spider seems to just keep growing and showing no signs of stopping :) he has out grown all the exoterra so he has 2 big bits of cork for hides now :)

Anyway here he is when i got him in january :)

And here is a pic of him tonight :)

Cant hold him in the palm of 2 hands now he is way to big but he is a big softie realy :) . Should i think about getting him probed to make sure or can males get to this size and he should start to stop growing soon? The only reason i ask is as i said that my male pastel has grown to just over 3ft and between 1000/1200g :/

Thanks in advance :)

They can get that big but it would be worth getting both probed and with a bit of luck you might have a pair to make bumblebees

That is an impressive size for a male. How do their tail lengths compare? (From vent to tip) males should be longer. I would still get them probe though
