If like me, you have ever done exploritory research in to you royals poop, you will have found that it is made up of matted/undigested hair...
so my question is...
If your mouse, rat or MM didnt have any hair, would they poop as much and what would it consist of...? |

well i agree with Matty but also there would i guess be less as they would absorb it all...
i know they are not snakes, but i feed my dogs raw and there poos are very small because they are able to digest the food , but put them onto cardboard kibble and they make mountains...
so i guess if they have more undigestable bits in there food then the poo gets bigger.. |

I have foubnd the amount of hair varies massively in Stigs dumps, sometimes it's mainly hair, and a few times there has been next to none. When I asked around it was suggested the longer the snake takes to digest the less hair there is. As Stig mainly waits a month or two at least to dump then that might be why the hair content is reduced? |

Well sal pooped last night which is only a week after her last poop which is strange as she normally goes once every 4-6 weeks, this one was quite a runny one though, or maybe it was the pee that made it runny, seeing as how she always goes in her philly tub cool hide No mess!!!
