An idea suggested on TCS is for people to weigh their snakes each time they get a month older and post the weight. Then we can take an average for that age and plot it on a graph. It would give people an idea of the sort of sizes they can expect. Obviously all snakes are different and it should be taken with a pinch of salt.
What do you think?
Here is a graph I've started doing with mine recently.

I would just have age in months in 1 column and average weight for that age in another.
For mine (above) I have date in the first column and then a column for each snake and just enter a weight whenever I record it. |

In column A put the date.
Then in other columns just put the weights in as and when you weigh them, i.e. if you weigh on 5th Jan, enter the weight of the ist snake in Column B on the 5th Jan row. In column C put the weight of the next snake etc etc.
Then highlight it all and create a graph. |

Cheers B.E. You just reminded me that I've got to plough through some crime scene temperature data before I go back to uni on the 5th. Estimated Post-mortem Interval here I come. The kids might learn some new swear words today if my copy of Excel plays up like last time . |

Yeah, press 'Prnt Screen' then paste it into Paint and save it as a picture.
Then upload to Photobucket. When I see what you mean I'll sort out the line if you want. |
