They're all cool :) I dunno where Kane came from, I couldn't think of anything exotic... I wanna get my sister to call her corn Sir Cornelius Slithers but she's having none of it! Lol |

I think Kane's cool - makes me think of 'Citizen Kane' - lol LOVE 'Sir Cornelius Slithers' - when my ghost corn arrived she climbed up on her branch and said, 'I am a girl. My name is Salome Spooks.' But since I couldn't be sure until she was probed, she had to be called just Spooky. |

heeey , boas! They really are great ! i had alot of reserves and so did my other half with regards to size and the strength . We managed to hold a large female when we went to our petstore back when we were doing our research and it suprised us and at the time frightened us . So we settled on dwarf boas and i got intouch with someone called Gazboas he breeds crawl cays , so we headed over to wales and met him and handled lots of different boas . we saw a few adult crawls and thought they were perfect , dont get too big , but just the right size. We came home with a 2 year old . Then the boa bug caught and i got Lexi who is a 50% dwarf and at almost 3 shes around 4 foot and so gentle . Then we got a true ca dwarf motley and our normal sunglow bci who should reach the 9 ft mark eventually . I would advice getting a baby to begin with , but as kelf has mentioned u can easily get a big adult and you adapt to how to handle them .
Do some research on here and im sure you will settle on one that will suit u , theres plenty out there :) They feed great and are normally gentle with the exception of a few . Keep us posted :) |

| I got my Boa a couple of weeks ago and she's fantastic. Such a placid snake, and great with handling. She fed the first time we tried, no problems at all, unlike my sons Royal who is still fasting. Go for it |
