Quite often I see royals listed as COS mojave and others called GHI
what does the COS and GHI mean?
Its been anoying me for a while but not found much when ive briefly searched online

| Not positive but I think the COS was a Chris Jones discovery, but what it stands for I don't know. The GHI was a Matt Lerer discovery and was presumably named after his company GHIreptiles (unless he named his company after the snake) but again what GHI stands for i'm not sure. |

The company was founded in 2005 and the snake in2006 so snake after company. Apparently the GHI stands for gotta have it.
COS comes from a forum name that the discoverer of the line used to use, Circle Of Snakes. |

| Matt Lerer was the snake buying agent that Kevin McCurley used to get all his odd looking Royals from in the early days. When he picked out a couple of dark snakes Kevin just laughed at them, they proved out and the rest is history. |

gotta have it has got to be one of the worst names ive seen for a morph no wonder its abreviated to GHI |
