Does anybody use or know of any clear plastic boxes with locking lids? I currently use rubs in my rack but because they are slightly frosted it makes it difficult to see in. Looking for something very similar to rubs but completely clear

Yea I remember you had a pic before. Those tubs don't have all the edges rubs have though and I think if I started cutting into a rub it would end up look like a train wreck

That's what makes rubs great. The slight opaqueness gives the royal a more secure feeling and still quite easy to see through.

I've looked for clear plastic boxes before for my shoes to go under the bed. I couldn't find anything from the regular stores.

Cutting through the rub is not too difficult if you want to add a plexi-glass viewing window. I used kitchen shears and sanded the edges down.

I used dremmel and a jigsaw, and got my Plexiglas from ebay, comes cut to size, I used 2 bits per rub 1 for the inside plus 1 on out side, then I used stainless steel nut and bolt and silicone to fix it all together. Bit ott .

Or you can ditch the nut and bolt and just silicone the thing together. It holds up pretty good.
