First,Bugarit and Bugarum

Sooo we learn these Should NOT have been sold before they were feeding, settled in-and we learned a few handy things to get them to eat(mush up the rat pups head ew).I know they are 'only normals'but they seem pretty to me-I like the white bits creeping up the sides.
Then, there was Toby-localy bred last year, strike feeding on unfeasebly big ratlings

and Cleo-bred by Scott Wilkinson last year, overnight drop feeding on even bigger ratties

and thats IT!
I understand that Cleo can NEVER be bred from (sluggies and other horrors)and Toby (spider?)is a morph that can be 'wobbly'-Well we think they are lovely little puddings-hope you like them.

Lovely looking normals, nice head on your spider and gorgeous desert.

love them normals.

I wouldn't worry too much about their tough beginnings, they live a very long time and I'm sure you'll be spoiling them for now on. Tough break about the female breeding issues, but she makes a cracking pet. They are both adorable.

Awww, they're all so adorable. I love that Desert female, she's stunning. It is true about the breeding issues, though. Definitely don't want to breed her, as it could potentially lead to her death. For some reason the females either slug out or die in the process of egg production. Males are the only ones able to pass on the gene effectively to create the combos. :) I love the names you picked out for them all, too, though I had to laugh at Bugarit and Bugarum. Adorable!

Nice collection you have there

Its such a shame about the desert females, Its a spectacular looking morph that makes amazing combos.

I know-its a sadness I find it difficult to understand why they(the males)form part of breeding program for some people,as all the female offspring will be a dead end
I guess Bugarit and Bugarum are more of a sadness they were imported captive farmed-(never trust other 'arf to buy fuzzy's when baby snakes are about!)They had never fed and shouldn't have been sold so soon.Real big time hassle to get them going Thats why they are called Bugar(it)and Bugar(um)

Well maybe you folks can tell me!I was led to believe that there has yet to be any babies from a female Desert morph.Sometimes they die because of retained eggs,or lay infertile eggs.We love her as a pet only-most of our other snakes are rescues, and Cleo came to us very resonable price because she's not for breeding.

They're gorgeous.
My little spider only gets head wobble when he's excited about food. It's not all the time and is hardly noticeable. It doesn't bother him and he's a lovely boy. I think people worry too much at times.
