Hi I got a 4ft x2ftx18inch ex viv , I am using a 250watt dark spot ceramic..my hot spot temp under ceramic is 33c but the cold end is only reading 23-24c do you think this is to cold. When he was in his 3ft ex viv the cold end got no lower than 26.5 c |

As long as he has the right heat on the hot end to access it'll be okay, it is cold at the moment and his cool end will raise up to a better temperature as the winter leaves us. If it drops too low you can also consider covering the cool end with a towel or something equally insulating. |

No reason you couldn't but with two heaters in there running you may risk drying out the air more than you want could adversely effect shedding. |

the cold end temp drops to about the same in the colder months in my 4x2x2 viv and doesn't seem to affect sully and he has been kept that way for a good few years |
