Make sure you have the latest version of photobucket for mobile. Select the picture you want, then select the menu button on the bottom of the screen (a square made up of horizontal lines). Select "view links" and select the IMG link (tap to copy).
Then once back on the forum tap and hold the screen until the paste option appears.
