How often are you attempting to feed?

Are you still handling?

Has anything at all changed?

Sounds quite normal, is there any weight loss?

I would stop handling until feeding again though personally.

4 weeks is not long at all, especially at this time of year. Plus for you to have tried all those different methods in 4 weeks would quite stressful for a Royal. Only try offering once a week and if they don't feed weigh them and see if they're losing any.
