I seen it on Snakebytes TV but know nothing more about it. Its safe for reptiles and will be absorbent so should be fine. Let us know how you get on with it.

Is this it? I'd want to dry it out a bit for a royal, otherwise it looks pretty good.

Also just watch this indigo scarfing down his fish dinner lol!

Ah right - I watched this ad and got the impression it was a bit damp, like orchid bark ...

Perhaps it's different in Australia lol.

Hey Jimmer, I bought two bags of Kritters Crumble to try in Fea's new viv Course and Fine), I like the natural look and it says you can use it as a forest or dry desert substrate.

Hubby isn't home from the rigs until this eve so I can't add what its like to use. By now you can probably tell me :)

Just watched that Aussie vid again and !!!!

That snake was way too big for the enclosure!!!

Also, when cleaning out, need to allow for about 6" every way of droppings in substrate, as baked wee is not always instantly obvious ...

Better waste substrate than leave snake sitting next to any stink or germs!

Otherwise, critters crumble sounds fine!

Sorry, it was late at night and I think I must have meant 6cm, not inches ... Sorry!
