Depends what you mean by wobble. All snakes have slightly wobbly heads when they lift their head off the ground, its their rubbish balance system, gives them a bit of a sway. This is normal, my Boa looks like she is listening to Westlife, she really sways.

If you mean head wobble AKA the Spider Gene, its totally different, that can go from a sway to full on corkscrewing their head all over the place like a loon.

If you are worried about anything like this, film it and upload it to Photobucket or Youtube and we can have a look.

I wouldn't worry about it, they all do it to different extents and also in different circumstances it can look worse too. Keep an eye on it and if it gets worse then it may be worse a trip to the vet.

Just for an example (best one I could find when its my own video) This is Sanke my Boa (not a Royal but same applies), watch how her head is steady when she has her head down but as she looks up and moves towards the camera her head starts to bob and sway. That's normal snake behaviour. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPtxe76MNuE
